Clement M. Fronczak, age 78, of Henderson, NV (formerly Ottawa,Illinois) passed away on June 3, 2018, following complications of a heart attack. He is preceded in death by his parents Carl and Dorothy Fronczak of Hastings, MI. He is survived by his wife Nancy, his two children, Michael Fronczak and Sue Fronczak Kane of Henderson. His surviving siblings include: Connie (Ron) Witzel of Hastings, MI, Dan Fronczak of Arlington, TX and Diane Fronczak of Mesa, AZ. His grandchildren are: Tyler, Autumn, Matthew and Eliott Fronczak of Ottawa, IL and Dylan Kane of Henderson, NV and many nieces and nephews. Clem was born on May 24, 1940 in Chicago, IL, the oldest of 4 siblings. He was very hardworking and was employed in the Chicago area at several companies over the years. He and Nancy moved to Henderson in 1995 after many years of snow shoveling. He retired from Levi Strauss in Henderson in 2004. Clem was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather and uncle who loved spending time with his family. He had a green thumb and had the most amazing roses always blooming in his backyard. He had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed bowling, where he was happy to have bowled the perfect game several times and almost went pro. He loved to go fishing, always looking for the big one. Recently, his favorite fishing spot was the Ocean Beach Pier in San Diego, where he would enjoy the day with his wife, whether he caught a fish or not. He enjoyed cooking, where his Polish heritage shined through- in his opinion, Kielbasa and sauerkraut ruled. He loved sports, and every Chicago team was represented in his heart, EXCEPT the Cubs, who could never outshine his beloved White Sox. He was so excited to cheer for our Vegas Golden Knights in their inaugural season and was hoping to see them have a fairy tale ending. Services will be held Friday June 8, 2018 at Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV. A viewing will be held from noon-2pm, with the service beginning at 2pm.
