There aren’t too many people in Henderson who didn’t cross paths with David. From managing the city pools, teaching math at Basic High School for over 20 years, and serving on the Parks and Recreation Board, he was a man who left a positive mark on those he met and the city he loved. Whether it was travel, cars, education, or life in general, he always found a way to connect with everyone he met.
His adventurous spirit always led him to new places. He ran with the bulls on the streets of Pamplona, walked across Spain on the Camino de Santiago, and rode his motorcycle up the winding Pacific Coast Highway.
He will be dearly missed by the love of his life, Michele, his children and their families. By instilling the values of family, faith, love, and compassion, his legacy will carry on for generations to come.
