Donald D. Dickinson

Donald D. Dickinson, 89, of Henderson Nevada passed away March 14, 2016. He was born in Minot, North Dakota September 3, 1926 to Mabel and F. W. Dickinson. He served proudly in the United States Army during WWll. He had a long career of almost 40 years with the S.S. Kresge and Kmart Corp. Donald enjoyed 30 years of retirement traveling, visiting family and friends with his wife of 65 years.

Donald was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his sons Larry Donald and Richard Jerome, granddaughter Allison Marie Lehman, brothers Robert and Raymond Dickinson.

Donald is survived by his wife Darlene, daughters, Therese Lehman and Cynthia Bradshaw, sons, Michael and Patrick, grandson, Richard Lehman, although not a part of his life grandchildren Jonathan and Shannon, great grandchildren Alexis and Austin Lehman, sister and brother-in-law, Doris and Ruben Lund and brother Gerald Dickinson.

Donald will be deeply missed and we have memories that will be treasured forever. Donald asked to be cremated. Services will be held at a later date.
