Dorothy Gladys Bell, age 98, of Henderson, Nevada passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 25, 2022. She was born in Detroit, Michigan October 3, 1923, where she lived with her parents until relocating to Saginaw, Michigan. Dorothy was educated through the Michigan Public School System. She lived life to the fullest on her own terms,and always worked to afford the things she enjoyed.

Dorothy retired after many years from Smitty’s Department Store in Phoenix, Arizona where she was adored by all. She loved to cook and had an extreme passion for recipes, cookbooks, and QVC.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her mother, Ferris M. Olds; and daughter, Joyce E. Crowe. Dorothy leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Ronna Jean Stokes, Litchfield Park, Arizona; one son, George Anthony Bell, Las Vegas, Nevada; her grandchildren: Tracy Woods (Melody) Detroit, Michigan; Kimberly Atwater, Saginaw, Michigan; David Stokes (Letita) Waterford, California; Kevin Stokes Mesa, Arizona, and Toni Stokes Litchfield Park, Arizona. She will also be remembered by an entire tribe of loving great, and great-great grand babies and friends.

Her beauty, independence, and strength, with no regrets will be truly missed by all who loved her; A legacy shared through generations. Gone but never forgotten, rest in paradise our Angel, you have earned your heavenly rewards.
