Dorothy Jean Lowry passed on June 22, 2026, at the age of 80. Dorothy was born on March 10, 1946, in Chicago. Il, in Cook County. She graduated from Marshall High School and received her High School Diploma.
She met and married Michael Lowry, on October 21, 1966. Dorothy Powell Lowry was a proud homemaker and had a passion for crafts, reading, writing, and arts. She was a specialist at giftwrapping.
She is preceeded in death by her daughter, Michele Denyse Lowry; and her sister Dolores Powell. Dorothy is survived by Michael Lowry, Monica Lowry Milton, Michael Lowry Jr., and Myranda Lowry. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and her sisters Jacqueline, Charlene, Carolyn, and Denyse.
