Elizabeth "Liz" A. Maestas, 47, beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and niece, passed away Monday, February 20th. She was born February 27, 1964, in Henderson, NV. Liz is survived by her mother, Mary; brothers, Marshall Jr. (Lisa), Dennis (Ginny), Randall (Deidre); nephews Jeremy (Kindra ) and Chad; nieces Danielle (Bob), Michelle (Mike), Elena, Johnna; and 11 great-nephews and nieces. Liz was preceded in death by her father, Marshall Sr. and brother Christopher John Maestas.
Liz was born and raised in Henderson, NV. She was a 1982 Basic High School alumni. She was a hair stylist and a caregiver. She loved being with her family. She had a free spirit, fun personality and liked to make people laugh. She loved the movies and her passion was listening to music. She was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.
The rosary will be Tuesday, February 28, 6:00 pm at Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. The funeral mass wil be Wednesday February 29, at 10:am at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 204 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV.
