Joseph Herman Hulbert

Joseph graduated from Upper Heyford High School, in England. He graduated from UNLV with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. He married the love of his life, Terry Lynn Hulbert on March 12, 1976. They just celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.

Joe served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force and continued serving the community with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department as a CO/Lt. He was an Eagle Scout and enjoyed fishing, traveling, scuba diving, camping, hunting, and other outdoor activities. Joe enjoyed cooking and entertaining his friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Donald and Elaine Hulbert. Joe is survived by his loving wife Terry, Son Nicholas, daughter-in-law Genevieve, his brother Edward Hulbert of Boulder City, and sister-in-law Kathy, grandchildren Maverick, Rhett, and Jensen. His nephew Adam and his wife Elizabeth, his niece Liberty, and nephew Henry.

A Memorial Service for Joe will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 at Palm Boulder Highway Mortuary and Cemetery, 800 S. Boulder Highway Henderson, Nevada. 89015 from 10AM to 11AM.

Following the service he will be laid to rest at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery 1900 Veterans Memorial Dr., Boulder City, NV 89005 with immediate family.
