Joseph James Winkelried, 76, of Henderson, NV, passed away on January 4, 2013 at St. Rose Sienna in Henderson, NV. He is survived by his wife, Barbara, his children, RoseAnne, Joseph, William and Robin, his son-in-law Wayne and daughter-in-law Stacie; his grandchildren, Alissa and Alan, Kelli, Dean, Brittany, Danielle, Kari, Megan, Jodie, Christian and Shane; his great-granddaughter Ainsley.
Joseph was born on October 7, 1936 at home in Irvington, New Jersey. His parents were Joseph and Freida Winkelried. Joseph was raised in Newark, New Jersey. His primary occupation was a carpenter and he was a retired Army Veteran.
Services will be held at Palm Mortuary and Cemetery, Henderson, NV on January 8th, 2013 at 3pm.
