Kathryne L. (Dobbie) Colton passed peacefully on January 16, 2026. She is survived by her daughters: Cynthia L. Hiebert and Kellie L. Watson; her sons: David E. A. Kitzmiller and Drew Dobbie; and her grandchildren: Brandon, Abigail, Tyler, and Bailey. We mourn our loss but know she is with God!
Kate was born in Toronto, Canada, in 1947. She was an accomplished woman with many interests, including being active in the Cal-Nev-Ari community. Her husband, the late Stanton B. Colton of Searchlight, preceded her in 2025. In addition to her family, she was close to her stepchildren: Brad (and his wife, Dawn), Kim, and Tyler Colton, along with grandchildren. Her family is grateful for the help and support as we get through this.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 1:00 pm, at Palm Henderson Mortuary, located at 800 South Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV, 89015
