Lt. Colonel Lawrence A. Ouellett, 89, of Henderson, Nevada passed away on February 24, 2021. Lawrence was born on October 7, 1931 in Northfield, Vermont. Lawrence was a decorated aviator in the United States Air Force. He married Theresa Lavelle on September 20, 2014. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and had a passion for reading and traveling.
Lawrence is proceeded in death by: Mary Lou Ouellett (spouse) and his parents. He is survived by his wife; Theresa Lavelle-Ouellett, step-daughter: Kelli Woolston (Dan), grandchildren: Ella and Joshua, Step-daughter: Robin Loboda (Scott Kirkland), children: Rene (Bill Barrett), Matthew Ouellett (Ron Parent), Laure Ouellett, Lyn Ouellett, Stephen Ouellett (Rachel), his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Larry was our hero!. He was loved and respected by many. Our hearts are broken. He will be greatly missed.
A visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 9 from 4 to 7 pm. The Rosary will be said at 6:00.
Funeral Mass, Wednesday, March 10 at 10 am at St Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Henderson, NV.
