She was born in Chicago, Illinois on Jan. 19, 1930 to Thomas George and Agnes Emma Dallas.
Lorraine was a supervisor at the Clark County Assessor’s Office and was happily married to Jim Jeu Devine.
She is survived by her husband, Jim; their children, Leonard (Kathy) R. Loerzel, Lynne M. Loerzel, Steven (Melanie) R. Loerzel, Thomas J. Loerzel, Michael (Susan) J. Jeu Devine, Gary (Lori) J. Jeu Devine, Craig (Trina) J., Jeu Devine and John J. Jeu Devine; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Lorraine is preceded in death by her infant son, Lawrence G. Loerzel, her sisters, Evelyn Sbertoli and Gloria Burgess; and her brother, Robert Dallas.
A memorial service will take place at 11:20 a.m. May 8th at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Boulder City, NV.
