Louise Gertrude Greco

August 31, 1918January 11, 2021

Louise Gertrude Greco, age 102, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021.

Louise was born August 31, 1918 in Brooklyn, NY. She was one of six girls, including an identical twin sister. She was a loving, devoted wife to Mario Greco. She was a wonderful mother to her two children, four grandchildren, and five great grandchildren, six great great grandchildren.

Louise loved her family and had a wonderful life.

She and her husband Mario were fabulous ballroom dancers. They also loved square dancing (belonging to the Golden Square Dance Club) until a few years ago before her husband passed 2002. She LOVED, LOVED, LOVED going to the casinos.

Louise will be remembered for her many talents among them was a talent to create beautiful needlework and Machine embroidery. Topping all of that off, was her GREAT sense of humor that she gladly shared with her family and friends.

She will be missed greatly, but remembered with great joy.

Your fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.palmboulderhighway.com for the Greco family.

We were very lucky to meet Louis Gertrude Greco, the Mother of our dear neighbor Max Greco Libegott.
You can judge a person by their upbringing and the love they received while growing up. So we kept inviting Max and her husband Bill, enjoying their company.
Max brought Mom (Louis) over to our house a few times when we hosted a dinner for our friends. Louis was always smiling and laughing along with our silly jokes. She had her own opinion that never hurt anyone's feeling.
We enjoyed her to be part of our life.
We will pray for her as she is staying in line to enter the Pearly Gate and meet her Creator.

We send our sincere condolences to all the family and friends of Louise. She was a blessing to us as well as so many others - especially at Pacifica Senior Living. She often attended our Sunday services and our Wednesday Prayer Circle. She made all of us laugh with her great sense of humor! She always had a smile on her face and was a good friend to many. We love her and will miss her, however, we rejoice as she is now in the presence of her precious Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
