

Madison Kaylee Lueders was born January 14, 2004, in Wenatchee, Washington into the loving arms of her parents Eric and Melissa Lueders. She passed away peacefully on May 4, 2026 after a courageous battle with cancer. She graduated early with high honors from Foothills High School in 2022. She attended Brigham Young University majoring in healthcare and was working towards social work with a desire to help children battle cancer. BYU was the best time of her life and she absolutely loved it! She would never miss a BYU football game either in person or on television. Maddie expressed how much she grew spiritually, mentally, and physically while at college and that guided her into the beautiful woman she is today.
Maddie loved watching movies together with her family. Some of her favorite’s were the Food Network, Ghost Hunting, Golden Girls, 49er Football, Formula I Racing and spending time outside in the family’s beautiful yard. She loved shopping trips with her mom at home stores and any holiday she was ready to jump in the car and go. She had a huge range of musical genres, especially country and she loved her music loud. Maddie loved her dogs dearly and spent her days with Maisy, Bella and Sophie. They were always around her and knew when she needed special attention.
Her legacy will live on in life. Maddie was very compassionate and loving. She donated bone and tissue samples for cancer research in two major facilities to help continue the fight with cancer. Her beautiful spirit and personality was a magnet to others. People were drawn to her because she was so intelligent, kind, and fun loving.
Maddie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved the Savior and her family. She loved helping people and giving service and never asked for anything in return. She enjoyed planning activities for her YSA group at church and served as a Ward Missionary and RS counselor. Maddie always thought about others first and reached out in love and kindness. Many people always commented on her strength and beautiful smile.
Maddie is survived by her parents, her brother Frank, grandparents, Rick and Jess Azevedo, Glen and Susan Lueders, and her loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Celebration of Life for Maddie will be held May 16, 2026 at 9:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 567 West Pacific Avenue,Henderson Nevada. Burial service will follow at 10:30 at the Palm Mortuary Cemetery 800 South Boulder Highway. In lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite animal foundation.
