Manuel Cardin-Escobedo preferred to be remembered as “Uncle Manny.” He served many years as an officer in the US Air National Guard. He was very proud to be a Veteran and serve his country. Upon retirement, he moved to Las Vegas, NV where he enjoyed the city’s dining choices and gaming entertainment to the fullest.
