Michael George Meyer, 71, of Henderson, passed away Friday, March 18, 2011. He was born May 17, 1939, in Bloomington, Ill., and resided in Henderson since 1988. He was a retired truck driver. His wife, Geneva, of 26 years, survives him. He had nine children, Tamme of Henderson, and Danny, Artie, Ricky, Gary, Mike, Debbie, Pamela and Cindy of Virginia; 34 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and his faithful companion, "Boogie"; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be 2-3 p.m. Thursday, March 24, with services follow, both at Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway.
