Michelle Lee Cellini-Calabrese, age 55, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2026, in Las Vegas, Nevada, with friends and family by her side, sharing stories and memories.
Born June 18, 1971, in Henderson, Nevada, Michelle built a life marked by dedication to her work and care for those closest to her. She came to love the legal field early in her career. Michelle studied to become a paralegal and served at a prestigious law firm in Las Vegas before taking time away from her work to help raise her stepdaughter, Reyna.
Michelle also found great joy in the world around her. She loved photography and had planned to travel with her husband to photograph Americana before she fell ill. She also loved to travel whenever she was able and had a deep affection for animals. In keeping with that care, she contributed to the ASPCA every month.
Those who knew Michelle will remember a life that included devotion to her profession, care for family, and enjoyment of travel, photography, and animals. Her memory remains closely tied to the stories shared by those who were with her in her final days, recalling the moments and experiences that shaped her life.
Michelle was preceded in death by her brother, Scott Mckay; her mother, Charlene Maloney; and her father, William Mckay. She is survived by her husband, Greg; and her niece, Kylie Mckay.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA in Michelle’s honor.
Visitation will be held at on Monday, September 14, 2026, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 pm, both at Palm Henderson Mortuary, 800 S Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015. Michelle will be entombed privately at Palm Boulder City Mausoleum, in Boulder City, Nevada.
