

Mildred Elizabeth Krueger, 97, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, of Henderson, passed away Oct. 3, 2010. She was born Aug. 8, 1913, in Poplar Bluff, Mo., and was a five-year resident of Nevada. Mildred worked in the aerospace industry for over 30 years. She also managed and then owned Isbell Realty in Torrance, Calif., for many years. She was married twice, to Leonard Fritsche and James Krueger. Mildred enjoyed playing the organ, traveling and playing bingo. She was a member of the Lions Club and was involved with the South Bay Realtors Association. She was proud to be a member of First Henderson United Methodist Church. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, Hassie and Rose Cown; both husbands, Leonard Fritsche and James Krueger; and sister, Doris Resnik. She is survived by her sons, Fred (Marilyn) Fritsche of Henderson, and John (Kitty) Fritsche of Huntington Beach, Calif.; grandchildren, Karen (Toby) Center, Mark (Anne) Fritsche, Julie (Darin) Divita and Annie Linnell; and 11 great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16, at First Henderson United Methodist Church, 609 E. Horizon Drive, in Henderson. "Gone from our sight, but not from our hearts."
