Ruby Irene (Blaschok) Venghaus, 97, of Boulder City, passed away October 12, 2015. She was born on May 14, 1918 in Clayton, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy and 3 children, Mary Alice, Jean, and Eldon. She is survived by her daughter, Jane (San Diego), and sons, Charles and Allen (both of Boulder City); grandchildren, Michele Netzler (Pensacola) and Amanda Bjoerge (Trondheim, Norway); and great grandchildren, Elias and Elenora Bjoerge. A memorial service will be held at 3 pm on October 24, 2015 at St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church, 812 Arizona St., Boulder City, Nevada. Interment will be at Green Acres cemetery in Scottsdale, AZ at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lend-a-Hand (400 Utah St., Boulder City, NV 89005). She couldn’t pass up a yard sale or a rummage sale.
