Tanya Dawn Dahar

Tanya Dawn Dahar, age 68, of Henderson, Nevada passed away on Saturday, August 19, 2023 after a battle with cancer. Tanya was born in Missouri to her parents Arlo G.W. Hurst and Catherine Nell Creviston. On April 20, 1985, Tanya married the love of her life, Moneer, at a civil wedding.

Tanya was a loving wife and mother who was a free spirit and lived life to the fullest. She loved her family, cooking and spending time in the outdoors hiking and at the cabin. She had a heart of gold, and a smile that could light up any room. She will truly be missed.

Tanya was preceded in death by her husband, Moneer Dahar; mother, Catherine Hurst; father, Arlo GW Hurst; sister-in-law, Terrie Hurst; and brother-in-law; Jay Merrill. she is survived by her son, Jacob Dahar; brother, Arlo GW Hurst II; sisters: Kay Finnigan (Ron), Cherie Merrill, and Robyn Tinney (Alan); as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends who loved her dearly.

Tanya will be laid to rest privately with her family at Palm Henderson Cemetery in Henderson, Nevada.
