Born in Boston, Massachusetts, on February 23, 1968, Belkis lived a life defined by hardwork and dedication to those she loved. She was a beloved mother, cherished daughter, caring sister, devoted aunt, and treasured friend to so many whose lives were forever touched by her warmth and generosity.

Belkis proudly served the Miami-Dade County Water and Sewer Department as a New Business Representative. Through her hard work, professionalism, and welcoming spirit, she built lasting relationships with colleagues and members of the community alike. She approached every responsibility with grace and integrity, always willing to help others with a smile.

Above all, Belkis valued family and friendship. Her love was unconditional, her laughter unforgettable, and her selfies were always beautiful!

Family and friends are invited to honor and celebrate the life of Belkis Estela Perez during her viewing, which will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, from 6:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. at Caballero Rivero Hialeah Funeral Home, 373 West 9 Street, Hialeah, Florida, 33010.

Belkis will be laid to rest at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Vista Memorial Gardens, 14200 N.W. 57 Avenue, Miami Lakes, Florida, 33014.
