Carlos is survived by his spouse, Victoria Mireles; his daughter Dulce Maria Cernadas; his son Carlos Mireles; his daughter Raquel Otero; and his daughter Beatriz Mendez.

A visitation for Carlos will be held Sunday, January 9, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 11:45 PM at Caballero Rivero Hialeah, 373 W 9 Street, Hialeah, FL 33010. A committal service will occur Monday, January 10, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Vista Memorial Gardens, 14200 NW 57th Avenue, Miami Lakes, FL 33014.
