Damiana was born in Nicaragua on September 27, 1943 she is survived by her spouse, Vicente Castillo; and children Walter Castillo; Tania V Granados; Auxiliadora Castillo; and t Arlen Castillo.

A visitation for Damiana will be held on Sunday, June 4, 2023 from 5:00 PM to all night at Caballero Rivero Hialeah, 373 W 9 Street, Hialeah, FL 33010. A funeral Mass will occur Monday, June 5, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at ST Monica Catholic church, 349 NW 191 Street, Miami Gardens, FL 33056. A committal service will follow Monday, June 5, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Vista Memorial Gardens, 14200 NW 57 Ave, Miami Lakes, FL 33014.
