Elsa Carmelina Prociuk, age 88, of Hialeah, Florida passed away on Friday, June 4, 2021. Elsa was born February 4, 1933 in Argentina.

Elsa is survived by daughter Sara Graciela Fortino; and son Ismael Valdimiro Prociuk; grandaughter Veronica Raquel Fortino, grandaughter Valeria Ruth Fortino, grandaughter Deborah Natalie Fortino and great granddaughter Valentina Cortiella.

A visitation for Elsa will be held Friday, June 11, 2021 from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM at Iglesia Apostolica Fuente De Vida, 3505 NW 79th Street, Miami, FL 33147. A funeral service will occur Saturday, June 12, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 3505 NW 79th Street, Miami, FL 33147. A committal service will occur Saturday, June 12, 2021 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn West, 14001 Northwest 178th Street, Miami, FL 33018.
