Ventura, Gustavo Adolfo, 41, of Boynton Beach, FL passed away on September 26, 2014. He is survived by his loving wife, Dianna; his mother Amada Caridad Ormaza and step father Vicente Ormaza and his sister Catherine Goyanes, He will be missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be held, Monday, September 29, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at San Jose Funeral Home located at 250 E. 4th Avenue, Hialeah, FL 33010. Interment to follow Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Vista Memorial Gardens located at 14200 NW 57 Avenue, Miami Lakes, FL 33014.
Family is requesting in lieu of flowers, donations to be made in Gustavo's name to the American Diabetes Association.
