Gustavo le sobrevive su esposa, Daisy Roque Vilchez; su hijo Ulises Vilchez Roque, su hijo Alexander Roque Vilchez, sus nietos y demas familiares.

Su velorio se realizará el martes, 16 de agosto, desde las 6:00 p.m. hasta la media noche, en Caballero Rivero Hialeah, 373 W 9 Street, Hialeah, FL 33010. Su entierro se llevará a cabo el miércoles, 17 de agosto, a las 2:00 p.m. en Caballero Rivero Woodlawn West, 14001 Northwest 178th Street, Miami, FL 33018.
