Daddy,  it's me your favorite daughter, lol. It's been six years and not a day goes by  that your presence is missed .  Mom tells me not to cry for you , but my heart hurts because of your abscence. I guess you spoiled us with your abundant love that it immensley missed. Oscar will be graduating high school with honors , his favorite subject is math go figure (Iwonder why lol!!) and he also recieved a bright future scholarship he can go anywhere in Florida you would be so proud of him . Victoria your princess is ten doing amazing in school she's a social butterfly like her momma go figure.  Daddy I miss you so so much. I need your advice . I miss you coming over for me to cut your hair and to connect the way we did , I miss our talks in the patio and your wise words. I want you to know that you and Mom  have always been my inspiration and my strength to keep going even though there were times when I felt I could'nt. I will be graduating in May with honors as well. I want you to know that everthing I do is to make you proud daddy . I know you are watching from heaven just remember you are always in our hearts and your legacy will always be remembered Family first . believe I'm trying my hardest but I need a little help . I love you to the moon Daddy don't ever forget that .

Papa, the day you passed on to eternity, I felt something so amazing! I was with my brothers and sisters both by blood and the new additions to my heart; Carol, Jimmy and Chino.  We all ushered you and cheered you on as your body and spirit separated and your energy joined the rest of of the universe.  What moved me the most was that you waited for me to come home! I am sad because you didn't meet my Emilia Rose.  She is delicious! you would have loved her. Simply adorable.  I will make sure she know about how truly wonderful you were when you walked with us.  Your smile is what I miss the most and you funny demeanor.  I feel your absence even though I know you essence is with me and your spirit is free.  I will never forget you and how great it felt to love you!

Daddy, I love you and I miss you. Thank you for everything you did for us. I miss you and I know youre in a better place watcing over us and guiding us. Thanks for being the best father ever. Rest in paradise daddy.

I want to convey my deepest sympathy to the whole family and especially my love Rebeca.
I am so saddened by my own loss of not being able to meet Jose before his untimely passing. He seemed soeager to meet me and was so genuinely happy and excited that Rebeca was expecting his newest granddaughter. Lucky Seven he would call her.
I hope that this evenings memorial service helped you see how many lives Jose touched over his life and put this trying time in perspective. My consolation is that one day; when my own life has come full circle, that I will finally be able 2 meet Jose on the other side of the Jordan River.
I would like to leave you with this short scripture that has been an encouragement to me when I felt like I had suffered just the most discouraging loss or defeat.   It is Romans 15:13 and it says:

May the God of  Hope fill you with all joy and peace; as you trust in Him in this time of your sorrow, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of th Holy Spirit.

This is my sincere prayer for all of you.

Viejo tu fuieste como un padre para mi, desde el dia que entre en la familia mi llamaste tu hija. Pasamos muchos lindos momentos juntos y gozamos cantidad. Fuiesto un hombre testaduro, aferrado a tu conviccion y siempre mantuviste en alto tus ideales sin perder la calma o razon. Por eso me lleno de orgullo en decir que fuieste un padre para mi.  Tu memoria siempre vivira en mi corazon atraves de tus ensenansas, tus consejos, y tu alegria.
