Jose is survived by his spouse, Roberta Sakai; son Jose Keichi Fuentes; and granddaughter Christina Fuentes.
A visitation for Jose will be held Tuesday, June 15, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 12:00 midnight at Caballero Rivero Hialeah, 373 W 9 Street, Hialeah, FL 33010. A committal service will occur Wednesday, June 16, 2021 starting at 11:30 AM to Caballero Rivero Southern, 15000 West Dixie Highway, North Miami, FL 33181. A burial will occur Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 12:00 PM.
