

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Josefina Milian, who departed this life on April 28, 2025, in Hialeah, Florida, at the age of 91. Born in Cuba on November 12, 1933, Josefina lived a long and meaningful life filled with love, dedication, and quiet strength.
Josefina was a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a cherished grandmother. She was also a talented seamstress, whose hands crafted not only clothing but memories that will endure for generations. Her warmth, resilience, and unwavering care for her family touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
A Visitation for Josefina will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 6:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. at Caballero Rivero Hialeah Funeral Home, 373 West 9 Street, Hialeah, Florida, 33010. Josefina will be laid to rest on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 9:30 A.M. at Vista Memorial Gardens, 14200 N.W. 57 Avenue, Miami Lakes, Florida, 33014.
Though she is no longer with us, Josefina’s legacy lives on in the hearts of those she loved and those who loved her. She will be remembered for her kindness, her wisdom, and the gentle way she made those around her feel seen and valued.
In this time of sorrow, we take comfort in knowing that her spirit lives on in the stories, traditions, and love she shared. May she rest in eternal peace.
