It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Juan Carlos Montero, born in Cuba on July 14, 1961, who left us on January 17, 2025. He was a beloved husband, father, and friend, whose presence will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Juan Carlos was the loving husband of Marlene Montero, who will forever remember him as the man with the biggest heart, a devoted and caring spouse, always attentive to his family. His children, Juan Montero Jr., Nicholas Montero, and Gabriela Montero, though filled with sadness, take comfort in the knowledge that they were truly blessed to have had a father who was, as they describe him, loving, strong, yet kind-hearted. He was known for his steadfast nature, yet he was also one of the most gentle and loving people they ever knew.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, from 6:00 PM to midnight at Caballero Rivero Funeral Home, located at 373 West 9th Street, Hialeah, FL 33010. The following day, Thursday, January 23, 2025, his family will proceed to give him a final resting place with a funeral service at 1:00 PM at the Catholic Cemetery, located at 11411 NW 25th Street, Doral, FL 33172.
