Leonila A. Turino was born in Camajuani, Cuba on January 17, 1941 to parents Jose and Camila. Leonila departed this life on Friday, June 25, 2021 at the age of 80.
She is remembered as a loving and independent woman who was an excellent cook. As a church going person, her faith was very important to her. She was a sentimental, spunky and feisty woman who was loved by greatly by those she leaves behind. Leonila enjoyed having a good time, especially when it came to parties! Her family, especially her children and grandchildren were here pride and joy.
In honor of her life, a Visitation for Leonila will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. until 12:00 A.M. at Caballero Rivero Hialeah Funeral Home, 373 West 9 Street, Hialeah, Florida, 33010. A Funeral Mass will occur on Friday, July 2, 2021 at 11:30 A.M. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church located at 4497 West 1 Avenue, Hialeah, Florida, 33012. She will be laid to rest at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn North Cemetery. Their address is 3260 S.W. 8 Street, Miami, Florida, 33135.
