Luis Eduardo Velarde was born in Ecuador on June 25, 1937 to parents Anibal and Amelia. On Wednesday, April 16, 2025, Luis passed away in Weston, Florida, leaving behind many family members, friends and loved ones who will miss him dearly.
In honor of his life, love & legacy, a Visitation for Luis will be held on Sunday, April 27, 2025 from 6:00 P.M. until 12:00 A.M. at Caballero Rivero Hialeah Funeral Home, 373 West 9 Street, Hialeah, Florida, 33010.
Luis will be laid to rest on Monday, April 28, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery, 11411 N.W. 25 Street, Doral, Florida, 33172.
