She was born in Catawba County on September 10, 1960, she was the daughter of the late Claude “Coot” and Ruby Young Spencer.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, James “ Al” Hunter of the home; daughter Samantha Lowman(Neal); son Jason Hunter; granddaughter Aryia Hunter; grandson Mason Lowman; and brothers Terrell Spencer and Claude “ Cooter” Spencer (Shannon), all of Hickory.
The family will receive friends Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 10:00am to 10:45am at Hickory Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 11:00am at Hickory Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow at Faith Olive Baptist Church.
