Annie Sue Brittain Haas

GRANITE FALLS - Annie Sue Brittain Haas, 93, passed away March 1, 2015 at her residence. Annie was born December 29, 1921 in Burke Co. to the late Raymond A. and Fannie Lenona Icard Brittain. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Boyd Beckley Haas, son, Larry Brittain, daughter, Rebecca Edney, a brother and 4 sisters. She was a member of Amazing Grace Lutheran Church. Surviving are her sons, Tony Haas and wife Neita of Granite Falls, Reginald Haas and wife Audrey of Granite Falls and Jerry Haas and wife, Patricia of Granite Falls; daughters, Doris Grissom and husband, Douglas of Bowling Green, KY and Rhonda Reid of Granite Falls; 14 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren and a sister, Eva Pitts of Longview.

Services will be Tuesday, March 3, at 2:00 PM at Amazing Grace Lutheran Church with Rev. Ryan Ray officiating. Burial will follow at St. Matthews Lutheran Church cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 3, from 12:45 until 1:45 P. M. at Amazing Grace Lutheran Church.
