BILLY GENE BOLICK HICKORY-Billy Gene Bolick, 78, of Hickory passed away on August 21, 2015. Born on June 6, 1937 in Catawba County, he was the son of the late Sam Henry and Roxie Cozart Bolick. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Sylvia McDaniel and a brother, Jim Bolick. Survivors include his sons, Michael Bolick and wife Joy of Hickory, Chad Bolick of Hickory; grandchildren, Sean Michael Bolick of Hickory, Madison Jewel Bolick of Hickory; siblings, Margaret Bolick of Flint, MI, Peggy Yates of Murfreesboro, TN, Carroll Bolick and wife Faye of Hickory; and his loyal feline companion Pookie.
