Bobbie was born April 21, 1936 in Buncombe Co. to the late Ernest Flemons and Willie Edna Hughes Capps. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a daughter; Trudy Hucks.
She was a member of Seventh Day Adventist,Church Hickory.
Surviving are sons; Ricky Poovey and Nicky Poovey both of Connelly Springs, sisters; Betty Randall of Jacksonville, FL and Bonnie Simmons of Lincolnton and a brother; Jack Capps and wife, Shirley of Suwanee, GA.
A memorial service will be Friday, September 9, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Seventh Day Adventist Church with the Reverend Marc Swearingen officiating.
The family will remain at the church after the service to receive friends.
