Bobby Lee Bumgardner

He was born on September 3, 1972 to Brenda M. Bumgardner and the late Carol H. Bumgardner in Catawba County. Bobby was employed at Design Master where he worked as the shipping clerk. He was a member of Oakland Heights Baptist Church.

Survivors include his daughters, Kayla Foy and husband Weston, Kylie Bumgardner, Trinity Bumgardner; son, Justin Bumgardner and Alexus; grandchildren, Alayna Foy, Rosie Foy, Cali Grace Bumgardner, and baby Foy on the way; mother, Brenda M. Bumgardner; sister, Lora Deal and husband Shanon; niece and nephew, Jase and Keelyn Deal; and special friend Becky White and son, Jacob.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hickory Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Eric Blankenship, Pastor Charles Ballard, and Pastor Justin Thurman will be officiating the service. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
