She was born on November 28, 1955 to the late Allan Marcus and Louise Vaught Marcus in West Virginia.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sandra Louise Woody, granddaughter; Danielle Kay Holcombe, and two sisters, Patsy Chester and Shirley Frye.
Survivors include her son, Chris Holcombe and wife Tonya; daughter, Lisa Bollinger and husband Danny; grandchildren, Amanda Wolf, Danny Powell, Madison Rodatz, Lily Holcombe, Benjamin Holcombe, Christopher Holcombe; Ben Bollinger, Stephanie Hefner and Elizabeth Hefner, great grandchildren, Rollmello, Genisis, Raelynne, Damon, Laila, Easton, Aubrey, Amaya; and brother, Harold Marcus.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 29, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Hickory Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
