Bryan Soots

Bryan Soots, 54, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at his residence. He was born the son of his late father William Harrison Soots and mother Peggy Ann Easom Soots on May 25, 1963 in Alexander County. Along with his father, Bryan is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; John Harrison Soots Sr. and Lessie Mae Cheeks Soots and maternal grandparents; James Roy Easom Sr. and Mary Comer Easom. Those left to cherish his memory include his mother, Peggy Ann Easom Soots of the home, brother, Matt Soots and companion, Debra Potter, of Hickory, sister, Theresa Allen and husband Trent of Wilson, nephews; Harlee Allen and Matt Soots Jr. , uncles; Odell Soots, Bobby Soots, Wade Easom and Jimmy Easom, Aunts; Mae Swanson and Delores Phelps. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Hickory Funeral Home. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 4:00 until 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pastor Wade Easom will be officiating the service.
