She was born on August 13, 1963 to her mother, Jean Clay Beal and her late father, Sidney Robert Cline, Sr. in Catawba County.
Along with her father, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Michael Marvine Cline and Sidney Robert Cline, Jr.
Survivors include her husband, Pete Edward Lortz of the home; daughter, Stephanie Whitehouse Eller and husband Colin of Morganton; and her mother, Jean Beal and husband Donnie of Connelly Springs.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of Hickory Funeral Home. Rev. Jim King will officiate the service.
