Carol Sue Fiorella

She was born on April 8, 1934 in Rahway, NJ. She was one of seven children. She lived in Colonia, NJ and graduated from Woodbridge High School. Her friends called her Cookie.

She was married to Alton Magee for seventeen years until their divorce in 1970. They had three sons.

She re-married to Joseph Fiorella in 1975 and was happily married for 31 years with their blended family of six sons. Carol started her working career when her younger children were adolescents. She finished her career working in management with AT&T until her retirement in 1994. Her husband, Joe, passed away in 2006. She continued to enjoy her retirement.

In 2008, she met Robert Lomberk. They were engaged and close companions for many years until she was moved to North Carolina in early 2022 to be closer to her son, Philip.

Carol took great pride in her home, loved tinkering around the house and spending time in the yard. Her favorite past time was getting her family together for holiday meals. She was always preparing for holiday gatherings, sending anniversary wishes and celebrating the birthday of everyone she loved. Over the years, she enjoyed shopping, playing cards and casino bingo. She was an avid reader and loved to socialize. The love she had for her children was immeasurable.

Carol's kindness, grace and giving nature was beyond measure. She has left an indelible mark on everyone who was lucky enough to know and love her. May her soul be light, her passion be ever so strong and her heart be content. We love you and will miss you.

Carol is pre-deceased by her parents, Mary Dorothy Kalb and Arthur McCollum, her brothers, Arthur, James and David and her sister, Alice Faye Colangelo. She is also predeceased by her two sons, Alan Richard Magee and Teddy Martin Magee She is survived by her fiance, Robert Lomberk of Vineland, her son, Philip Magee (Amanda), and stepsons, Dominic (Gail) Fiorella, Christopher (Coleen) Fiorella and Richard (Hilary) Fiorella. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Vanessa Magee, Melissa Magee, Dimitri Alexiou, Shane Magee, Joseph Rucci, Michael Fiorella, Jefrey Fiorella, Andrew Fiorella, Nicholas Fiorella, and Matthew Fiorella. She also has eleven great-grandchildren.
