Born in Catawba County on September 6, 1947, he was the son of the late Clyde Spencer and Frances Cummings Lowe.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his brothers David Noblitt and Clarence Noblitt and a sister Rebecca Corum.
Clyde was US Army Vietnam veteran, and had worked maintenance for Town of Brookford, also a member of Faith Tabernacle.
He is survived by his wife Sue Adams Noblitt of the home; his sons Mark Noblitt (Vicki) and David Allen Noblitt; his grandson Bradley Noblitt (Catherine); and great grandsons Brentlee and Kace Noblitt.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:45 pm at Hickory Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at 3:00 pm at Brookford City Cemetery with Reverend R. Roger Webb officiating. Pallbearers will be Bobby Craig, David Noblitt, Keith York, Carroll Hoyle, Ryan Hoyle, Russell Young and Honorary pallbearer Bradley Noblitt.
Burial will follow in Brookford City Cemetery.
