I met Danny while working with the City of Hickory, he was always friendly and was a great guy. I was always happy to talk to Danny as he could make your day just shooting the breeze with him for a few. I really liked him . He was one of the good ones I remember from the eleven years I worked there as the radio shop tech. I am sorry for your loss. I just found out about his passing today. I am sure he is enjoying a very special Sundrop today with his maker. He is well missed by many more than just his family, it would be hard for anyone that ever met him to not remember him. He was just that kind of guy. God Bless!

Randy always talked about the day the Cadillac burned to the ground. Danny had decided to buy the Cadillac . Him..Randy and my boys were driving down the road for a test drive. The boys starting talking about how hot the seat was getting . All of a sudden flames came up from under the back seat. Danny pulled over they all made it out of the car . It was gone in 15 minutes engulfed in flames. After that every time they got together they talked about it and laughed.
I'm sorry for your loss.
