Born in Cleveland County on January 17, 1954, she was the daughter of the late Dale and Emma Austin Houser.
She was a member of Beulah Baptist Church in Vale.
She is survived by her husband Dean Speagle of the home; her son Michael Speagle and wife Elisha of Vale; grandchildren Allison Speagle and Dylan Speagle both of Vale; a sister Annette Lail of Newton and a brother Dennis Houser an wife Janice of Vale.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 23, 2022 from 12:30 pm to 1:45 pm at Beulah Baptist Church.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Beulah Baptist Church with Pastor Harold Benfield officiating. Burial will follow in church cemetery.
