She was born on August 17th, 1934, to the late David W. Chapman and Lois Townsend Chapman in Burke County. She was a member of West Hickory Baptist Church and was the owner of Quality Sample House.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Paul Allen Robinson, Brothers; Harold Chapman, Gene Chapman, Carroll Chapman; and one sister Margie Wilkinson.
Those left to cherish her memory include, her daughters Sonya Reese (Kevin) of Connelly Springs, Cindi Morrison (Mike) of Hickory; along with six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and a sister Jo Anne Zimmerman (Glenn) of Connelly Springs.
A funeral service will be held on Friday September 12th at 2:00pm in the chapel of Hickory Funeral Home with Rev. Scott Frady officiating. An entombment will follow at Catawba Memorial Park.
