Dorotha Faye Watson Williams, 82 of Hickory, NC went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 4th, 2025, at Carolina Caring of Newton surrounded by her loved ones.
Born on February 8th, 1943, in Watauga County, NC, Dorotha was the daughter of the late Ralph and Autie Thelma Greene Watson. Nana was loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Carson Williams.
Those left to cherish her memory include her two daughters, Lori Damico and husband Gregory, Krystal Twardzik and husband Kenneth. In addition to two grandchildren, Holly Damico and Sean Damico, she is also survived by two sisters, Mary Miller and Lula Hynes.
A Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Carolina Caring of Newton in Dorotha’s name.
