I remember going to see Dorothy and her husband several years ago and delivering Christmas bags. Their home was so inviting and they were thrilled that we came to see them. Dorothy showed us around and was excited to show us all her pictures of her treasured family. I am sad, but happy she and her husband are together in their forever home. Our church will always have a special place in our hearts for Dorothy.

It saddens us to know that Dorothy is no longer among us here, but we can be joyful in the confidence of her abiding with our Heavenly Father and that there can be a reunion for us in that eternal home.
May God be with you and hold you in the palm of His hand - especially during this time.
In case you aren't aware, Bruce, Michelle, Jason and Joshua, Dorothy and you are descendants of Johann Drum who settled in NC in the Elk Shoal Creek area about 1770. Johann's great granddaughter Rebecca Drum married Alfred Leander Killian on March 20, 1860 in Catawba County NC.
We extend sincere condolences and lift you in prayer.
