Essie Jane Richard Webb, 97 of Hickory, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2025, at Carolina Caring. Jane was born in Lincoln County to the late Plato Perry Richard and Veda Revana Greene Richard. She was also preceded in death by her son Ray Webb, and her four brothers.
Jane was retired from the furniture industry. She was a member of St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church ELCA.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Lewis Webb and wife, Bertha, and Phillip Webb and wife, Mary, 2 sisters, 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Webb will be held on Friday July, 18th, 2025 at Drum Funeral Home Hickory at 11:00 am with Pastor Tony Bradshaw officiating. The family will receive friends forty-five minutes prior to the service.
