I am deeply saddened to read about Garry's passing. Although I have been retired from practice for ten years, I have fond memories of all the times we spent together in the OR or DR. I was always reassured to have him at "the head of the table" administering to my patients, TOGETHER achieving the desired good outcome. He was indeed a "kind and gentle servant doing well for all"
May the family find peace and solace in the coming months. I know that he will be missed, but resst assured that he remains vigilant from above.
