She was born July 16, 1954 in Upson County, GA to the late JM Herring and Peggy Teague Herring.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her sister Cheryl Pope and her brothers Keith Rogers, Steve Herring and John Herring Jr.
She is survived by her husband Jim Mask of the home; her daughter Brooke Mask Crossley and husband, Chase of Claremont; grandchildren Dagan Crossley, Camden Crossley, Blake Brown, and Madilyn Brown; her sisters Cindy Pennell, Dixie Fowler and Brenda McGhinnis; her brothers Russell Rogers and Ronnie Rogers; her mother Billie Sue Mask and her brother in law, Donnie Mask.
The family will honor Georgie’s wishes to have no services.
