Glen Nelson Pope

Born in Los Angeles County, CA on January 6, 1937, he was the son of the late Foy and Frieda Rader Pope.

Glen retired in 2003 after 48 years as vice president in electrical service. He had been a car enthusiast all of his life, he showed cars locally, until after his retirement, he showed at National level coast to coast. He was most proud of being an Antique Automotive Club winner. Glen truly loved showing classic original automobiles.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years Faye Pope of the home; nieces Linda Barrett Houck and husband Lonnie of Vale, Tina Barrett of NY, and Mary Lou Alimenti and husband John of TN; nephew James Paul Barrett and wife Annette of Hickory; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Graveside service will be held at Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at 2:00pm at St. Paul’s Memorial Park Cemetery with Reverend Eddy Sapoch officiating. Mask required please. Burial will follow.
